These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

Except for small claims, intellectual property disputes, or matters that may be enjoined, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Broome County, New York, or another mutually agreed location.

Class Action Waiver

Jurisdiction

For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Broome County, New York.
